We liked tastefully decorated rooms and good food.

The place was overall clean with an extremely friendly staff from the cleaning crew to receptionist. Had amazing and incredible location in district one where there is constant beeping from vehicles. Moreover, it was close enough to the center and a coffee shop and a supermarket 24 hours. The breakfast was delicious, no complains at all🙂😃

My room was spacious and featured good view to the park. Location: the hotel was next to the main tourist hub and the War Remnants Museum which took about 40-45 minutes. It also was to market.

The place is quirky and fairly clean. the staff is amazingly kind, from the cleaning crew to the receptionist. the beds are exceptionally comfortable. the room has a cool iced tea and a lovely balcony. the views to the park are marvelous. the location is central and quite close to the center. It is adjacent to the War Remnants Museum, making it convenient for sightseeing and traveling around.

This hotel in District 4 exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. Located on a quiet street just outside the main area of the city, it offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to various small shops within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in a room on a high floor with a balcony, providing us with a great view of the street outside. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The breakfast, which was included in the price, offered plenty of choices and we enjoyed starting our day on the open terrace at the top floor.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel's location was perfect, just outside the busy main area, but still close enough to the city center and tourist sites.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that Chez Lotus offers a free airport pick-up service, which made our arrival hassle-free. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. The highlight was definitely the free laundry service - it was such a relief to have our clothes cleaned and returned to our room in no time. The bed was also the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

the locals were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, modern and well equipped. We loved the comfy bed and walk-in shower. the breakfast served by the hospitable staff was the highlight of our day.

The hotel could improve its service by paying more attention to maintenance issues, as there were some broken items in the room and common spaces that needed repair.

My recent stay at Chez Lotus was excellent. The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
